Ms. Ueno is an old Shin-eiken member. She does a presentation since her children has been independent. The city Toda is known for having set up LL rooms earlier than other cities. It might be all right for LLs to left over, but ALTs should not be. Ms. Ueno tries to do team-teaching actively. When we come across team-teaching, the aims are often fashionable and highlight the classroom activities.

Ms. Ueno covers basics such as training students study skills, read aloud and so on. The class is designed to utilize what students learn in ordinary classes. It is very practical.

A private school curriculum is quite flexible. At Mr. Yonemusi's school, students choose classes according to their wishes. Mr. Yonemushi talked about students experiences and how they studied. In class exchanges among students and between teacher and students are active. Class evaluations and reflections were shown. They clearly illustrate what Mr. Yonemushi did.

Mr. Yonemushi is known for his hand writing, but his recent report was typed on a word processor. It shows how he has stepped into the digital world.
